We are excited to share some progress photos of the Urban Logistics Co. Altona Circuit development where ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is refurbishing an existing 39,000m² facility. Works also see Vaughan expanding the space to an impressive 52,300m², that will contain seven tenancies ranging from 5,000m² - 16,000m², each with its own office and amenities.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is partnering with Urban Logistics Co on a refurbishment project, the Altona Circuit development on Taras Avenue in Altona North. Urban Logistics Co provides logistics occupiers with functional and flexible spaces in locations that are in close proximity to end customers, key motorways and transport links. They repurpose existing buildings to meet businesses’ last mile requirements.
