Having successfully delivered several multi-level warehouses across the state, the Rosehill development is a standout achievement for our team.
Works on the western warehouse are nearing completion, with Level 1 concrete pours 95% finished, and the office mezzanine steel and roof sheeting now complete. The eastern warehouse primary structure is also 95% complete, with roof works well underway and 75% finished.
This impressive 49,000m² facility will accommodate up to 10 units with flexible tenancy options. Key features include B-double access, 24/7 operational capacity, a 500 kW solar PV system, EV charging stations, and a targeted 4 Star Green Star rating.
