糖心vlog官网 is partnering with ESR Group to deliver Birmingham Industry Park, which comprises three new industrial facilities totalling 31,000m² in Villawood, New South Wales.
Each facility will feature two tenancies with dedicated warehouse and office spaces. With sustainability at the forefront of the design, the project is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings V1 rating.
Exciting progress is being made onsite: structural steel works and footings for the suspended hardstand at Warehouse 2 are well underway, while at Warehouse 3 the roofing is complete and wall cladding is progressing.
