ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is thrilled to announce the completion of LOGOS Group’s Villawood Logistics Estate project located in the heart of the Western Sydney transport corridor.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø has been appointed builder of leading Australian REIT Dexus’s circa 27,700m² logistics estate, Circuit.7 at Glendenning in Western Sydney. Located in a key urban logistics hub with immediate access to major road networks, including the M7 Motorway, the Circuit.7 project will include three buildings comprising 10 premium warehouse and office units offering a range of configurations from 1,500m² to 12,000m².

There is great progress being made at the LOGOS Group Villawood Logistics Estate in NSW. The Villawood Logistics Estate comprises a total of 52,000m² of A-Grade quality warehouse and office accommodation, car parking and sustainable landscape design and is conveniently located in the heart of the Western Sydney transport corridor.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø has been awarded the contract to build a state-of-the-art, Customer Fulfilment Centre for Woolworths at Auburn in NSW. The 22,000m², highly automated centre (CFC) will be built in partnership with Knapp, whose automation technology will help Woolworths’ personal shoppers pick and dispatch up to 50,000 home deliveries a week.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø has been engaged to deliver two new industrial facilities for industry super funds manager ISPT at Blacktown in NSW and Wacol, Queensland – the latter also in partnership with Aliro Group - with an end value totalling more than $42 million.

Progress is well underway on the Villawood Logistics Estate in NSW for LOGOS Group. This project consists of 8 new industrial tenancies ranging in size from 3,000m² to 10,000m² that are designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating, located in the heart of the Western Sydney transport corridor.

Marrickville Freezers Foodservice has achieved significant growth over the past few years and have found they have outgrown their current facility, spurring the need to explore expansion opportunities.
