ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø has been appointed builder of leading Australian REIT Dexus’s circa 27,700m² logistics estate, Circuit.7 at Glendenning in Western Sydney.
Located in a key urban logistics hub with immediate access to major road networks, including the M7 Motorway, the Circuit.7 project will include three buildings comprising 10 premium warehouse and office units offering a range of configurations from 1,500m² to 12,000m².
The 54,000m² site, at 201-203 Power Street, is just 40 minutes from Sydney’s CBD and airport and an estimated 25 minutes from the future Western Sydney Airport.
Vaughan’s General Manager NSW, Mark Cormack, said he was both proud and excited to begin work on yet another new project in the state for a valued client.
‘’This is a great result for an exceptional team, the members of which continue to produce outstanding outcomes for ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø in growing the brand during a challenging post-covid market.
‘’We look forward to delivering a quality build for Dexus at a time when demand from both tenants and investors for such facilities is at a premium nationwide and particularly in New South Wales,’’ Mr Cormack said.
He said the last 12 months had been an extraordinarily busy period as the impact of Covid had driven an exceptional lift in enquiry from e-commerce, third-party logistics, and warehousing and distribution businesses.
Works are currently underway and project completion is expected in September 2023.
