ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø has just completed a new 1,700m² Aldi supermarket and 330m² of retail tenancies in Coburg North, Victoria for McMullin Group.

Vaughan is on-site delivering two new facilities for Charter Hall at their Chullora Industrial Estate in New South Wales. Building 1 has a total site area of 17,534m² with a 3,490m² warehouse, a 932m² office and 10,360m² of hardstand.

On Tuesday 28 May the Vaughan team attended the ribbon cutting and blessing ceremony at the recently completed Marrickville Freezers Foodservice facility.

The Woolworths Melbourne South Regional Distribution Centre (MSRDC) took home the National Award for Development Innovation at the Property Council’s Innovation & Excellence awards ceremony.

Construction is well underway on the new facility Vaughan is building for Marrickville Freezers Foodservice . Marrickville Freezers Foodservice has achieved significant growth over the past few years and have found they have outgrown their current facility, spurring the need to explore expansion opportunities.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø will build two new industrial facilities for joint venture partners Mirvac and Blackstone as it launches its new 25 hectare Biodiversity Industrial Estate just off the Hume Highway at Epping.
