Vaughans has recently completed a $30m purpose-built warehouse for Australia’s only combined rail and ports operator, Asciano. The facility developed by Asciano for Australia’s largest privately owned logisitics company, Linfox is located 10km from Perth city in Kewdale, Western Australia.
“Vaughans was approached by Asciano following difficulties in delivering the asset due to budget constraints.
