Works are underway on Charter Hall’s Midwest Logistics Hub Lot 21 development in Truganina, Victoria.
The development consists of the construction of two new industrial facilities:
Warehouse1 will have a total built area of 8,000m² inclusive of 7,500m² of warehouse space and 500m² of office space.
Warehouse2 will see a total built area of 11,200m² inclusive of 10,650m² of warehouse space and 550m² of office space.
