We’re excited to announce that ground has officially been broken on Rinnai Australia’s new state-of-the-art distribution facility in Braeside, Victoria.
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø will deliver the 9,390m² building development featuring 9,040m² of premium warehouse space and 350m² of modern office space. This facility marks a significant milestone in Rinnai’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and customer service.
As a leader in hot water, heating, cooling, and renewable energy solutions, Rinnai Australia sources world-class products from over 40 manufacturing facilities across Japan and internationally. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, Rinnai are consolidating operations into two Braeside sites whilst streamlining logistics, enhancing efficiency, and future-proofing their supply chain.
In addition to the main build, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø has also been appointed to manage civil and entry works, including car parking and crossover infrastructure.
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø are working in close collaboration with Project Managers JXC Group and Watson Young Architects to bring this exciting vision to life.
