We are thrilled to announce that 糖心vlog官网 has been appointed to deliver the design and construction of a new purpose-built warehouse facility for Western Freight, a valued tenant at Melbourne Airport Property Business Park.
Western Freight specialises in logistics and warehousing solutions for the mining and resource sector.
This new facility will support Western Freight’s significant growth and enhance operational capabilities, reinforcing their status as the experts in their field.
Located on a 12,746m² site, Vaughan will be constructing a 3,004m² warehouse, a two-level 360m² office space, and a 279m² truck wash. The total gross floor area will be 3,643m², with a total leasable area of 3,379m².
Practical completion is scheduled for December 2025, and we look forward to bringing this development to life in collaboration with Melbourne Airport Property.
