ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is back onsite with leading developer and manager of industrial and logistics real estate, ESR Australia.
Together the teams are delivering the 47,569m² ESR Coolaroo Industry Park project.
Yesterday the teams celebrated the ground-breaking; it was an honour to have in attendance and hear from the Mayor of Hume City Council, Councillor, Aitken Ward, Joseph Haweil, ESR Australia CEO Philip Pearce and General Manager VIC at ESR Australia Simon Sayers.
Vaughan is building three free-standing warehouses- Warehouse 1: 9,580m², Warehouse 2: 17,762m² and Warehouse 3: 17,890m².
Warehouse 2 includes two tenancies: Warehouse 2A with 11,494m² and Warehouse 2B with 6,268m². Warehouse 3 also has two tenancies: Warehouse 3A with 10,306m² and Warehouse 3B with 7,584m².
The buildings will have flexible loading with recessed docks and on-grade loading. Warehouse 2 and Warehouse 3 will have 36-metre-wide super awnings and Warehouse 1 will have a 15-metre-wide cantilevered canopy.
External areas to be delivered include 17,580m² of heavy-duty concrete and 9,680m² of car parking area.
ESR Coolaroo Industry Park is designed to achieve a 4 Star Green Star Buildings certified rating and will include a 1.5MW solar system, LED senor lighting to warehouses, rainwater capture and reuse, water saving fixtures and drip irrigated landscaping.
