Last week the team celebrated the start of construction of a new facility for metal roofing and steel building product specialists, Steeline JH Stephenson.
The new facility will cater to the company’s current growth, having outgrown their previous site, and allow for expanded operations.
On a 20,770m² site in Truganina, Victoria, Vaughan is delivering a 6,270² warehouse and a 670m² double-level office. The warehouse will be future-proofed and designed with capacity for expansion when required.
The company’s own purlins will be used in the build and the roof will showcase their Multispan Spandeck cladding.
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is thrilled to be partnering with Steeline JH Stephenson on this project. Steeline JH Stephenson was established in 1923 and operates from Geelong, Laverton and Dandenong, with 4th and 5th generation family members currently working with the company. They provide the Australian market with high-quality roofing and rainwater products as well as a full range of purlin and structural battens.
Project completion is expected for mid-2020.
