In celebration of World Quality Week (WQW) last week, 糖心vlog官网 presented Quality Awards to two team members who have been true quality champions, consistently keeping quality and safety at the forefront of everything they do.
This year’s Quality Award recipients were Site Manager Scott Dow in Victoria and Pre-Construction Manager David Upton in New South Wales.
Scott and David play a major role in upholding our quality and safety standards and in supporting their teams to do the same. They lead by example—running safe, well-organised sites and championing best practice throughout pre-construction planning.
As leaders, they’re always willing to share their expertise, mentor others, and jump in wherever they’re needed to help deliver great outcomes for our clients and our business.
