Overview 

At ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, we pride ourselves on Building Customers for Life, this project for GMK Logisitics is no exception.

GMK continued their relationship with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø after outgrowing their existing facility that was built by Vaughan.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø partnered with Fordham Industrial Entreprises to structure a new pre-lease at Gregory Hills Corporate Park, 59km south-west of Sydney CBD.

Outcome

GMK’s new home, 1km from their existing site includes a 14,400m² ambient warehouse, 630m² of offices and amenities and 32m2 dock offices.

There are 74 bitumen car parking spaces, over 14,000m² of heavy duty external pavements amd a range of 4m and 10m canopies totalling 2,000m2.

There is also dedicated land on the site to cater for the future expansion needs of GMK Logisitcs.
