Expanding PPDS’ operations, Vaughan delivered a new 7,500m² manufacturing facility in our Broadfield Estate in Broadmeadows, Victoria.
The facility includes a 5,320m² warehouse, a 1,000m² temperature-controlled production area, a 720m² two-level office, 3,100m² of hardstand area, a 1,600m² bitumen carpark and a 1,400m² crushed rock access road.
