An exciting addition to our multi-level portfolio, Hale’s 37,526m² Platform facility in Milperra NSW is well underway.
Platform has two floors of warehousing and four levels of premium office space that comprise 10 tenancies ranging from 2,594m² to 5,297m².
Current works onsite include the 30-metre-wide breezeway roofing in progress, the southern ramp’s concrete is being poured, the external carpark is being constructed and the eastern office block façade is being built.
